Our Return Policy
We hope you love your Glimmery Moments purchase. If you need to make a return, we ask that it be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at
concierge@glimmerymoments.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After you have your RMA number, securely pack your item in its original packaging along with the return form, and send it to the following address:

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow five (5) business days from the date we receive your item for the return to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We’ll notify you by email when your return has been completed.
